- Open Sensory Bridge’s clinic website.
- Choose “Request appointment” to see the available request options.
- Follow the instructions shown by the clinic’s existing request process.

Use the existing client sign-in and follow the portal’s instructions.
Sharing personal information
Use the clinic’s existing process when sharing personal, insurance, or medical information. Do not send those details through a general website message.
